The party snaps into action instantly. Sasha and Seoni fan out to either side of the room, and a pair of arcane bolts streak forth from Seoni's outstretch hand to slam into the Sinspawn before it has even emerged from the glowing water that birthed it.
Yola and Gerund charge forward, sprinting across the room and up the steps. Gerund reaches the Sinspawn first and with a shout for Erastil's favour slashes a brutal rent in the creature's side. Before the creature can respond, Yola is behind it and crushes its skull with a powerful chop from her staff. the blow sends it spinning off its feet and its corpse splashes back down into the pool.
Yola grins triumphantly at Gerund, but before the two can celebrate, Erylium's raspy voice howls from the centre of the room. "Damn you interlopers! Your souls shall feed the runewell and your corpses shall march in my General's front rank." Suddenly there is a burst of brimstone behind Seoni and a monstrous spider as large as a wolfhound appears as if called forth from the abyss itself. It lunges forward and bites the surprised sorceress on the shoulder, but luckily she pulls away before it injects its lethal venom, leaving her with nothing more than a bloody welt.
With a colossal 1,2,3 punch from Seoni, Gerund and Yola the Sinspawn goes down hard. Erylium is still invisible, but the sound of her threats place her somewhere above the central pool. Seoni took 3 HP from the spider bite ( 11 HP remaining). Poot can now take his action to finish round 1, then we are back at the top of the order for round 2.

Poot wipes the drool of inaction off his chin, closes his mouth and gets busy. Assessing the situation and hearing the vague whereabouts of Erylium with his fine tuned halfling ears he casts his sleep spell at the well (10'burst radius so it's worth a shot.)
Gerund makes his way back towards Seoni to fight the spider, wondering if he can use his Detect Evil ability to locate Erylium even when invisible.
"We must destroy her quickly or we will be overrun with her creatures. We shall have need of Seoni's magic. I pray I am not too late," he thought as he rushed to her aid.
[If I thought I could switch to longbow and get off a shot without risking hitting my comrade, faster than I could run the distance and hack at this spider, I might try it, but 'till then, sword and shield at the ready, armour don't fail me now...]
Seoni curses in every language she can recall. Teleporting arachnids is *not* in the job description! She prepares to burn the monster back to whichever hell it came from. [Seoni prepares to use Burning Hands]
Seeing how Gerund is charging the spider and Seoni is going to burn it to a crisp.
Yola pulls out her Javelin and takes a step to the edge of the platfrom, throwing the Javelin to where she heard the voice come from into the centre of the pool

Sasha hears the cackling from the general vicinity of the fountain but seeing Seoni engaged with the spider. has second thoughts.
Sasha bolts toward the Spider with her whip at the ready. Her heart pounds faster and knowing the moment she's in range she'll attack.
As she sprints toward the spider she sees Poot getting ready to do something. "WATER!" she screams. Hit the WATER. If it's wet you'll be able to see it."
With that she races toward Seoni and the Spider.
