Trusting Gerund to handle the giant spider, Sasha brazenly steps out of reach of the creature and turns turns her back on it as she sheaths her rapier and draws her whip, intending to snare the winged demon that has been plaguing her friends. Living up to her trust, Gerund seizes the moment and chops down the spider before it can lung at Sasha's exposed back. He then raises his shield and begins to edge towards the spot where the party last heard Erylium chanting her spells.
Meanwhile, Seoni backs away to the opposite wall and casts a spell of her own. Calculating that if the demon was too strong to be felled by Poot's sleep enchantment then it would also not be affected by her Daze spell, Seoni fires a ray of frost at where she thinks the demon is hiding, but hits nothing.
Despite her rage at having her weapon destroyed, Yola knows that javelins make poor melee weapons, and that the 12 foot ceiling here would make it very easy for a tiny target like Erylium to avoid her swings. So instead she bites back her building rage for a few more seconds and throws a second javelin at Erylium, but like Seoni's ray, cannot find her mark. Poot's carefully aimed bow shot likewise fails to hit the tiny creature.
Cackling with glee at her attackers' inability to to catch her, the demon flies off to another part of the room. Yola feels the beast whistle over her head, then a momment she rematerializes above the glowing pool. Before anyone can react she hurls her dagger at Seoni. The blade scythes through the air and opens a shallow cut across the weakened sorceress' left shoulder, before arcing back to Erylium's hand. "Ha," she yells out, "now you shall all pay for defiling my sanctum!"
Erylium clearly feels Seoni is the biggest threat amongst you, and will probably keep focusing her attack on her until she is proven wrong.Luckily her poor strength and tiny size combined to keep the damage this round to a minimum. Seoni took 1 HP from the dagger ( down to 5/14). Erylium is now visible. The upper platform is raised about 5', which means the ceiling is less than 7' here, which means you can reach her in melee. However, she is currently over the bubbling orange water and anyone reaching to far for her might step into the pool.
I felt I had to make a change to Yola's actions. Javelins used in melee are considered improvised weapons, and there was just no way you were going to land a hit - would of just ended up wasting a rage point and spoiling Poot's bow shot.
Finally, Sasha spent her combat action sheathing her rapier, then her move action to step 5' from the spider ( no AoO) and draw her whip as a free action, leaving no actions left to actully attack. But she's all set for next round!

Since Erylium feels most threatened by Seoni, Gerund decides the best tactic for the moment is to protect her. He will attempt to block or intercept any further attacks on her with either his shield (ideally) or his own armoured self, taking the hit if necessary, "Seoni," he hisses to her, "behind me. I'll cover you while you ready your spells."
[I'm assuming healing is an out-of-combat action, otherwise, I would try and heal her immediately.]
If this causes Erylium to pick me as her main target, so be it, he thinks. I can take it. [Maybe she'll waste an action on me and give the others a chance to open up a can of whoop ass on her.]
"Erylium! Maybe you should stay invisible, that face of yours is better kept hidden!"
Sasha cracks her whip wields her whip dramtically striking at the winged-snotling.
She imagines that her father wielded her whip with the same determination and fury.
For a moment as she sees the look of fear little monsters eyes, she feels closer to her father and for the first time in a long while she feels content.
Yola weighing the javelin in her arm she throws it up towards the centre of the pool on the second level.
hoping to hit the demon and keep her away from Seoni she yells " try dodging this, you midget"

Not for the first time, and likely not for the last, Seoni wishes for more power. Still, with the help of her friends, they should be able to defeat that little flying menace - hopefully before more bugs arrived.
Seoni prepares to cast ray of frost again, being very careful to avoid hitting her comrades. Even a minor connection with the tiny demon should help Yola target it.
Poot takes a couple steps to his right, gets down on one knee, and takes another bow shot at Erylium.
